1. Exclusive Discounts on Purchases from beurer.eg Only

• 15% discount on all beurer products
when no promotional offers are available.

• If products are already on
promotion, cardholders receive an additional 10% discount on top of the existing offer.

• If the customer wishes to
redeem loyalty points by converting them into a discount coupon, they may choose one of the following options:

- Redeem the points and receive
an additional 5% discount.

- Choose the discounts described
in the first or second option without redeeming any loyalty points.

2. Premium Customer Support

• A dedicated WhatsApp support
number ( +201011192755 ) available during official working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

• Personalized assistance before purchasing to help you choose the most suitable product(s).

• The ability to book an appointment to experience selected products at our Cairo branch (subject to
product availability and excluding products that require consumable accessories, such as electrodes, nebulizer masks, etc.).

• Dedicated WhatsApp follow-up for one month after purchase to ensure you are using your product correctly and to answer any questions or ensure that no issues have arisen.

3. Extended Warranty & After-Sales Services

• An additional one-year warranty extension: one extra year added to the standard three-year warranty for Blood Pressure Monitors, and one extra year added to the standard one-year warranty for all other eligible products.

• Free pickup and return service for products requiring maintenance or repair. Our customer service team will
contact you to explain any applicable repair charges before proceeding.

4. Early Announcement to New Product(s) andHands-On Experience

• Following the exclusive announcement to Card holders of a new product(s), you may book an appointment
to visit our showroom and experience the product(s) firsthand.

Terms & Conditions

1. To qualify for the beurer benefit Card, customers must have purchased at least two beurer products within the last two years through beurer.eg. Customers who purchased from other
retailers within the Arab Republic of Egypt must provide a copy of their purchase invoice.

2. During the initial launch phase, the program is available only to residents of Greater Cairo and
Alexandria.

3. The beurer benefit Card will be offered for a limited period to customers who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clauses 1 and 2. The enrollment period will be announced separately.

4. To activate the beurer benefit Card, customers must complete the registration form before the campaign deadline. Submission of the form constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions of the program.

5. To redeem any beurer benefit Card benefit,customers must send the following via WhatsApp: The registered customer name, a photo of the Card, and the order number (when purchasing).

6. The beurer benefit Card is valid for two years. Renewal criteria will be determined and announced at a later stage.

7. This program is currently being introduced as a pilot phase. Accordingly, EgyServ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel, modify, or terminate the Card or the entire loyalty program, for individual customers or all participants, at any time, with or without prior notice, and without any financial or non-financial compensation.
